Whether you are looking to tone up, lose weight or simply have fun - membership at Fitness at CSA can help. To achieve your goals, we offer a fully air-conditioned Fitness Studio with cardiovascular and resistance equipment and a separate weights room. Fitness at CSA also offers a wide range of fun and energetic fitness classes available to both members and non-members. Our classes are all taught by highly experienced, energetic instructors who help members get the most from each class.

Fitness at CSA membership benefits includes full use of the fitness studio and weights room, fitness classes, badminton and tennis court hire (up to one hour daily) and individual fitness inductions for all ages and fitness levels.

From the 27th February, we will be offering a range of Fitness plans and Personal Training packages that are tailored to your personal fitness needs, at reasonable prices.

Fitness plans
£5 for a 6 week plan with a free 30 minute consultation at the beginning.

Personal Training
£20 per session or £175 for 10 sessions (free consultation at the start)
