Comberton Sports and Arts Fitness Classes

Fitness classes at CSA also offer a wide range of fun and energetic classes available to both members and non-members. Our fitness timetable includes classes such as Circuits, Yogalates, HIIT, Ultimate Tone and Step, all of which take place in the Ally Brennan Gym.

Our fitness classes are all taught by highly experienced, energetic instructors who can help each and every member get the most from each class.

Fitness at CSA holds 15 fitness classes throughout the week. The classes are free to members of CSA. Non - Members are very welcome to attend but there is a fee per £5.00 per class. Places in our Fitness Classes must be booked in advance, up to 8 days beforehand for members and 7 days for non-members.
