Fitness Classes Yogalates

This is a mindful class that combines the benefits of core strength training of Pilates, essential for a healthy back, balance and stability and the flexibility and mindfulness of Yoga. Yogalates allows you to practice postures, shapes and poses, modified within your own limits and needs.
