Comberton Sports and Arts Fitness Classes

Fitness classes at CSA also offer a wide range of fun and energetic classes available to both members and non-members. Our fitness timetable includes classes such as Studio Cycling, Circuits, Yogalates, HIIT, Ultimate Tone and Step, all of which take place in the Ally Brennan Gym.

Fitness at CSA holds 17 fitness classes throughout the week. The classes are free to members of CSA. Non - Members are very welcome to attend but there is a fee per £5.00 per class. Places in our Fitness Classes must be booked in advance, up to 8 days beforehand for members and 7 days for non-members.

  • Please do not talk when the instructor is speaking
  • Please turn up on time for classes and scan your card on arrival
  • Please wipe down mats after usage
  • Please wear the appropriate clean clothing and footwear
  • Please throw all litter into the bin provided

Book your fitness classes online with FitSense

Members can book online via our website or app. Members that do not cancel on the Fit sense app or notify reception, that they will not be attending a class, up to 3 times in one month, will be blocked from booking further classes, for one week.

The reason we have brought this procedure in, is because some classes are full and it's not fair on other members missing out on attending classes. Furthermore, it's prevents CSA taking on potential non-members.

Please make sure you swipe your card or notify reception of your attendance, on arrival, so you're not wrongly shown as a 'no show'.
