This is a 45-minute class (Tuesdays 5.45pm) which combines body conditioning sequences for total body shaping with Barre Basics, Barre Burn and Blasts Barre Bend.
Barre Basics are the fundamental Barre moves from ballet, fitness and yoga.
Barre Burn are the intense cario moves.
Blasts Barre Bend are flexibility exercises for the perfect stretch.
