Body Conditioning

Unlike aerobics classes, this 45-minute 'exercise to music' class (Thursday 7.25pm) offers a great way to condition the whole body with a variety of compound exercises.

Training against a resistance not only promotes the healthy development of your muscles, it also elevates your metabolism, helping to burn fat several hours after the session has finished. A great low impact alternative to strengthen and tone your entire body.

Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging on to FitSense (click on the icon) or by calling 01223 264444. Non-Members can book by telephone or in person seven days in advance.
