Studio Cycling (HIT)

Give yourself a cardiovascular workout on a bike while avoiding the hazards of the open road. This Studio Cycling class focuses on endurance, strength, interval, and high intensity training within half an hour.


These are among our most popular classes and we now run six sessions each week:

Monday (7.05pm)

Tuesday (8.05pm)

Thursday (6.00pm and 7.55pm)

Friday (5.30pm)

Saturday (8.30am)


Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging on to FitSense (click on the icon) or by calling 01223 264444. Non-Members can book by telephone or in person seven days in advance.
