All Studio classes are FREE for Members. £5/£4 for non-members. £3 for 30 minute classes.
Please book in advance at the CSA Reception or call us on 01223 264444.
Members can book 8 days in advance, Non Members 7 days in advance!

Whether you are looking for the perfect setting for all your health and fitness needs - our highly experienced instructors will help you achieve your goals. We offer a fully air-conditioned Fitness Studio with cardiovascular and resistance equipment and a separate weights room. CSA also offers a wide range of fun and energetic fitness classes available to both members and non-members.
