Total Body Workout

Total Body Workout is a workout where the instructor works each muscle group within the body. For a warm up, it starts with old school aerobic and cardiovascualr exercises and then moves on to exercises relating to the music for conditioning lower and upper body. Weights like dumbbells or kettlebells may be used to add more intensity. To finish the workout, there are a few core strength exercises and a stretch. The class starts at 7.15pm and is 45 minutes long.
