We are pleased to offer a wide range of classes available to both members and non-members (subject to availability). We believe there is something for everyone from the energetic to the more relaxing and our skilled instructors are always on hand with advice and tips, whether you are trying a class for the first time, recovering from injury or have additional needs.
Please have a look at our timetable, which you can download from this page, to see the 15 different exercise options available across the week. The classes are included in your membership package, but non-members are also welcome for a fee of £5 per class. More information on each class is available by clicking on it in the menu.
All places in our fitness classes must be booked in advance, up to eight days beforehand for members and seven days for non-members. Members can book online through Fitsense by clicking on the logo below. Members who are unable to attend must cancel either via FitSense or by notifying reception. Failure to do this three times in one month will result in a one-week block on bookings. We have had to introduce this as non-attendance at fully booked classes is preventing another user participating. Please ensure you swipe your membership card or notify reception on arrival so you are not wrongly marked as a 'no show'.
