Barre Fitness combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and strength training to sculpt and tone your entire body. Whether you're a beginner or a barre lover, this class will leave you feeling strong, graceful and enerigzed. This class is every Wednesday at 7.50pm.
Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging onto the FitSense App or by calling reception on 01223 264444. Non - members can book by telephone or in person up to seven days in advance.
