A multi-station work-out where you benefit from being part of a group with an instructor but can work at your own intensity. This class (Monday 7.55pm and Wednesday 6.45pm) develops strength, power, endurance and toning.

Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging on to FitSense (click on the icon) or by calling 01223 264444. Non-Members can book by telephone or in person seven days in advance.
