Step

A step aerobics session typically consists of sets of choreographed movements performed on a raised platform.

The intense cardiovascular workout will make your heart and lungs work more efficiently. The calorie burning aspect of the exercise will help you maintain a healthy weight, and avoid weight-related problems such as diabetes, heart disease and joint pain.

This class takes place on Sunday morning (9.00am)!

Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging on to FitSense (click on the icon) or by calling 01223 264444. Non-Members can book by telephone or in person seven days in advance.
