Studio Cycling

Give yourself a cardiovascular workout on a bike while avoiding the hazards of the open road. Get sweaty on a static bikes with motivation from an instructor and a group to keep you pedalling!

These are among our most popular classes and we now run four 45-minute sessions each week:

Monday (6pm)

Tuesday (7.45pm)

Thursday (5.45pm)

Friday (5.30pm)

Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging on to FitSense (click on the icon) or by calling 01223 264444. Non-Members can book by telephone or in person seven days in advance.
