Yoga

A hatha - style yoga class suitable for all, form beginners to advanced. Combining mindful flowing movements with longer held poses, each sequence is uniquely choreographed to promote strength, flexibility, and balance. Classes incorporate elements of breath work, mindfulness, and relaxation alongside the physical practice, resulting in a sense of overall calm and wellbeing.

Yoga is every Saturday 10 - 11am. 

Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging on to the FitSense (click on the icon) or by calling 01223 264444. Non - Members can book by telephone or in person seven days in advance.
