Feel the music and let loose! These Latin-inspired dance classes (Monday 7pm, and Wednesday 6.55pm) won't even feel like a workout as a mixture of low and high intensity moves boosts energy levels during an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party!
Members can book this class up to eight days in advance by logging on to FitSense (click on the icon) or by calling 01223 264444. Non-Members can book by telephone or in person seven days in advance.
